“Why is it so wet?” a baby fish asked.  But this is a question that a fish would normallyy never ask, just like how humans would never ask, “Why is there so much air?”  This is because the fish lives immersed in water while humans live amidst the air.  It is the lack of- not the presence of- the water and air for the fish and humans, respectively, that would be noticed.
This is just like culture.  ”We are never really aware of the effects of culture but it’s powerful.” Besides, “you can’t tell an ocean is wet unless you come out of the water” (Prof. Suh).
